Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return period. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
You’ll also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Hygiene and personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, underwear)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us a clear statement (e.g., by email to info@astrumoon.com) expressing your decision to withdraw from the contract.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@astrumoon.com.
