Shipping Information

1. Shipping Countries

We ship our products within Germany and selected international markets.

For deliveries inside and outside the EU, please contact us in advance at info@astrumoon.com so we can review shipping options and costs individually.


2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

  • Germany: Free standard shipping (3–5 business days)
  • EU Member States: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout (depending on the country and shipping provider).
  • International deliveries, customs duties and taxes: We ship to selected international markets. Depending on the destination country, the conditions for import duties, customs duties and local taxes vary.
    • Prepaid duties and taxes (DDP – Delivery Duty Paid)
      For the following countries, all applicable duties, import taxes and fees are already calculated and paid at checkout in our shop. There are no additional costs for you on delivery.
      (USA, Canada, Switzerland, South Korea, Japan, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Singapore (if described))
    • Unpaid Duties and Taxes (DDU/DAP - Delivery Duty Unpaid)
      For the following countries, we only charge you the pure value of the goods and the shipping costs in the shop. Please note that as an importer, you are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees as soon as the goods reach the destination country (even if these are often below the allowances).
      (Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore (if described))
      If you refuse to accept a package because you do not want to pay the customs duties that apply, we reserve the right to deduct the resulting return or destruction costs from your refund.

Special scheme United Kingdom (UK):
Due to the current British tax legislation (HMRC), we only ship to the United Kingdom from a minimum order value of 135 GBP (approx. €165). Orders below this value cannot be completed at checkout.

The indicated delivery times start from the shipping date and may vary depending on the destination within the EU (usually 3–10 business days).


3. Shipping Providers

We work with DHL, Hermes, UPS, FedEx or GLS and their respective international partners to ensure reliable delivery within the EU.


4. Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days after payment is received.
No processing occurs on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume (e.g., collection launches), processing may be delayed by a few days.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your package online at any time.


6. Transport Damage

Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt.
If your delivery is damaged or incomplete, contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@astrumoon.com and include photos of the damaged packaging and goods.

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either through replacement or refund.


7. Returns

If you wish to return your order, please review the conditions and procedure on our [Returns Page].

8. Customs and Import Regulations (Non-EU Deliveries)

For orders shipped outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by ASTRUMOON.
