Shipping Information

1. Shipping Countries

We ship our products within the European Union (EU).
For deliveries outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland, Norway, or the United Kingdom), please contact us in advance at info@astrumoon.com so we can review shipping options and costs individually.

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Germany: Free standard shipping (3–5 business days)
EU Member States: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout (depending on the country and shipping provider).

The indicated delivery times start from the shipping date and may vary depending on the destination within the EU (usually 3–10 business days).

3. Shipping Providers

We work with DHL, Hermes, or GLS and their respective international partners to ensure reliable delivery within the EU.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days after payment is received.
No processing occurs on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume (e.g., collection launches), processing may be delayed by a few days.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your package online at any time.

6. Transport Damage

Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt.
If your delivery is damaged or incomplete, contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@astrumoon.com and include photos of the damaged packaging and goods.

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either through replacement or refund.

7. Returns

8. Customs and Import Regulations (Non-EU Deliveries)
